Ashley Adair

Commit your works unto the Lord, and your thoughts shall be established” is a verse Ashley Adair lives for. “I believe with God anything is possible, and any mountain can be climbed! God gave me a dream & I’m going to use it to the best of my ability to serve my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! My song belongs to Him!”
Ashley was raised by her loving grandparents in the small town of Lashmeet, WV. She was always singing in church. She use to make up songs off the top of her head when she was only five and sing them during the service. From that moment on, she knew someway, somehow, God was going to use her for something. She started playing guitar at age seven, and wrote her first real song at age eleven. “My grandparents and mother knew that I should be doing something besides singing the songs I wrote in my bedroom, so they said I needed to make a cd.. and I did!” Ashley recorded her first album at fourteen titled “Let It Rain” at a musician’s studio in Sevierville, TN. “It was fun! I got to meet and work with a few musicians that had cuts on Dolly Parton’s past albums.” Ashley started singing at local talent shows, ball games, government meetings, and doing writing sessions at Curb music in Nashville, TN with a couple artists. “I was always doing something musical” she says. Ashley’s style can best be described as Contemporary Christian with an edge. “I like trying different things! I can go from country to soul, or from blues to rock! Whatever my style is, its for the Lord. So if he likes it, I’m happy!” Writing is Ashley’s biggest passion. With a guitar, a pen, and a clean sheet of paper in her hand, the world disappears. She knows that God will use her for something bigger than herself. “I’m just a simple girl with a strong song in my heart using it to serve God. Lord, You are my strength and my song, and I love you”
